Tina Hight shot by deputy trying to shoot her dog; Deputy Brian Williams accidentally shoots woman

 The scariest thing about this is he isn't only shooting at a little dog, it's that he's shooting towards the house, the lady and his partner all because he's afraid of a little dog.

I have seen a lot of dumb cops but man this one's gotta be the worst. "I didn't shoot you?!" says the only person holding a gun to the only person that has a bullet wound lol.

Why didn't he make a "shots fired" call on his radio and why didn't they call for an ambulance immediately? Also, why are they on her property? I missed that part of the story.
