Bodycam video shows Colorado man tased by deputy before being fatally struck by car

 Body camera footage shows the moment when 28-year-old Brent Thompson was tased by a sheriff's deputy before being hit by a car and killed. 

The Larimer County District Attorney's office determined there would be no charges filed against the deputy. NBC News' Dana Griffin reports.
