In this video Cape Coral Police run after a suspect who does not want to be caught and swims away across the canal over and over until he can't swim or run anymore. After running for over 15 minutes, he finally gets tasered to the ground and arrested. The Cape Coral Police officers were very patient and followed proper procedure and police training.
