Officer Safety Is Above A Child's Safety. We are above the law. Luckily there's a lot of useless human beings out there that want to be police officers, that want to shot and kill people And and ruin your life. The Supreme Court of the United States explained that it is a “fundamental principle of American law that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen.” I hope they have bad nightmares every night.
This cop is psycho. I would have stood my ground and not given my name. Too bad son witnessed this. Why do they feel we have to sympathize with them. Were they forced to take that job? Learn the laws folks! This was an illegal arrest, search and seizure, misconduct of a peace officer. He wants to make a big bust and be famous.
